Die Dokumentation erzählt in kurzen Kapiteln die Geschichten von LGBTQIA* Personen, die ihre Beziehungen, ihr Familienleben und ihren Alltag im Einklang mit der jüdischen Religion gestalten und leben.
Im Anschluss sprechen die queer-feministische Aktivistin und Pädagogin Michal Schwartze und Maya Roisman (Keshet Deutschland e.V.) über queeres Judentum, Empowerment und Sichtbarkeit jüdischer Vielfalt.
What’s the wedding of two queer Jews like? What’s the life of a family with two mothers or the pregnancy of a religious transgender man like? In a series of short chapters, this documentary tells the story of LGBTQIA*+ people who conduct their relationships, family lives, and everyday lives in keeping with the Jewish faith.
After the screening, queer-feminist activists and educationalists Michal Schwartze and Maya Roisman (Keshet Deutschland e.V.) will talk about queer Judaism, empowerment, and the visibility of Jewish diversity.
