Venues and
Festival Hub
Throughout the festival, audiences can experience our program at venues across Frankfurt. Participating venues include Arthouse Kinos Frankfurt Cinéma and Harmonie, Filmforum Höchst, the Ignatz Bubis Community Center, Instituto Cervantes, the Jewish Museum Frankfurt, Cinema of the DFF, Mal Seh’n Kino, and Massif E.
For the first time, we are also launching our own Festival Hub at the Cinema of the 25hours Hotel The Trip and Bar Shuka in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel. The Hub will serve as the festival’s central gathering place — a space where audiences, filmmakers, artists, and guests can come together, connect, and exchange ideas beyond the screenings. At its heart is a festival pop-up bar designed as an informal meeting point throughout the festival.
The Hub will also be the exclusive home of two specially curated sections. “Uncommon Ground” takes a closer look at October 7 and its aftermath, as well as the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. “Rituals” explores Jewish traditions and rituals surrounding religion and faith. Featuring both short and feature-length films, the section creates space for dialogue and exchange and has been curated in collaboration with renowned Israeli film scholar Dr. Nir Ferber.
